A spring-themed sculpt experience led by our dynamic trio of instructors. Each teacher will guide 20 minutes of movement, creating a layered, full-body practice.
Expect:
• A grounded warm-up to awaken the body
• Calisthenics and sculpt intervals to build heat
• Targeted strength work through the middle of class
• An intentional cool-down to close
